Our agency
Celtic Childcare is an agency that has been operating since 1997 and is based in Turin; it is a member of the International Au Pair Association and a founding member of the Italian National Au Pair Agency Association.
Celtic Childcare was created to encourage young people to a cultural exchange between countries, giving them the opportunity of being welcomed in a family carefully selected by us. The agency offers Italian families the possibility to host in their homes young people coming from different cultures and countries (native speakers of English, Italian, French, German and Spanish), who want to embark on this experience, an experience that will enrich children, au-pairs and parents.

Good morning Elizabeth! What can I say, I remember every single moment spent this summer with joy. It was only two months but it left me with so much really.

My experience was great, I would repeat it tomorrow I tell you the truth! I would be very pleased to talk with you about it. Best regards,

Hi Elizabeth , I am really fine I was lucky with the family they are really helpful and patient and in January I start English classes!!!

This past summer, I spent 3 incredible months au pairing in Torino, Italy. The family, the city and the culture were beyond lovely and I miss all of it so dearly. Elizabeth was very kind, considerate and she made it easy for me to get in touch with other au pairs. This experience was nothing but positive and I am so thankful for all the support I got, in order to make me feel welcome and at home. Thanks again for everything!
This summer I went with Celtic Childcare for three weeks. I worked as a volunteer in a clothing store in the small town of Killarney and it was a wonderful experience. At first I was feeling a little homesick, and unfortunately the first family I had to go to had taken the Covid. Despite this initial hiccup Elizabeth was very supportive, and I was assigned to a new host family who took me in like a son. The thing that amazed me most about Ireland is the hospitality and welcome of the Irish, it sounds cliché but it really is. The work environment was very relaxed and I got on well with my colleagues right away, they were always helpful and we established a good relationship. Despite the work I still had time to go out and visit new places! The environment, even though Killarney is small, was quite international and I met many people from different parts of the world, especially from Spain. Immersed in this environment my English improved a lot in a short time.
